Crystal Healing (crystals and stones)

Crystal healing proposes the use of crystals and stones for well-being purposes, rooted in the ancient symbolic and apotropaic use of stones (Egyptian lapis lazuli, Ayurvedic navaratna). The author faithfully reports the claimed principles while explicitly signaling that they are not scientifically validated: notably the supposed vibratory resonance of each crystal interacting with a vibratory field of the body, a language that co-opts real concepts from solid-state physics (piezoelectricity of quartz). The claimed domain is broad and vague (stress, sleep, energy blockages, chakras), which constitutes both a commercial argument and an epistemological weakness.
